What to Bring

• Receive a Kathi & Ferdi Tote Bag tote bag for your items.

• Bring washed, well-preserved winter or spring clothes, clean accessories, and bags.

• Items should be in good condition with no defects.

• Both branded and individual, unique pieces are welcome. All sizes are accepted.​

1. Non-branded items 

​

• One excepted piece = One Token

​

2. High-value branded items

​

• One excepted  piece = Two or more Tokens depending on the brand, quality and condition of the item.

• High quality wool, silk, linen, cotton, leather.

• Brands like: Escada, Jil Sander, Louis Feraud, Ferre, Max Mara, Sandro, Tods, Ralph Lauren.

3. Designer Items

​

• For high-value designer pieces, we’ll agree on a price together.

• If the item doesn’t sell at the pop-up, it may be sold at another Event or on our Instagram accounts.

• You receive 50% of the sale price, and we keep the remaining amount.

• Designer brands like: Prada, Bally, Céline, Gucci, Chloé, Versace, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Givenchy, Dior, Saint Laurent, Hermès, Fendi, Armani, Loewe.

Tokens

​

• You’ll receive tokens for each accepted piece of clothing or accessory.

• You get an E-Mail with the amount of Tokens you`ll recive for the clothes in your  Kathi & Ferdi Tote-Bag.

• These tokens will act as the "currency" for the swap, allowing you to "purchase" new items at the event.

Swap Details

​​​

• Tokens can be used exclusively on seclect swap items on the shop.

• If you would like to purchase items outside the swapping system, you can redeem 3 Tokens to receive a 10% discount on your purchase

Terms & Conditions*

​​

• The treasure tokens can only be used during the event.

• If you don’t find something you'd like during the event, the clothing will still remain with us.

• You can only use the treasure tokens on clothing hanging on the swapping racks during the event.

• Once the clothing has been given to us and you’ve agreed to exchange it for treasure tokens the clothing will not be returned.

• Only the not accepted clothing will be returned to you.
